I'm not concerned when you don't turn.
Happened before and it could happen over and again.
I've learned to take my grains of salt.
Lens vaseline, big deals, and sour spoils in hazy microschemes.
You've got your name, I've got my games.
I'm not concerned when you don't turn.
Fields burn in a train window.
Hey let's hope this is a one-time linear gag.
Rock moves slow. We get comfy, fuck around, and go.
You have your neat mess, I've got my vision I guess.

Stumbled across this great band because of Martha the band and I just love their sometimes melancholy garage-sound.
Also I like the acoustic songs.
I still remember seeing them live in my hometown when they were touring with Erica Freas and asked them for a setlist to have something to remember the great concert.
It´s hanging on my wall since that day :) Ninehundredninetynine

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
